A Warm Welcome to Haydon View
Haydon View sits in the heart of the Northumberland countryside, overlooking the picturesque village of Haydon Bridge. Set within its own private grounds, the home has a beautiful garden and outdoor patio area where residents can enjoy the surrounding scenery. Inside, three comfortable lounges and a peaceful dining room create a relaxed, home-from-home atmosphere, with meals prepared fresh every day by our qualified cooks. Haydon View also has its own hair and beauty salon, and we warmly encourage residents to welcome family and friends to visit at any time.
Our team is fully trained and qualified from Diploma level 2 or higher, with specialist dementia care training at the forefront of how we support residents. We’re led by a CQC-registered, experienced manager, and every care plan is tailored to the individual — because it’s the little things that make the biggest difference.

How We Welcome New Residents
Moving into residential care is a big step, and we know it can bring uncertainty as well as relief. From your very first enquiry, our team takes the time to listen, answer questions openly, and explain every stage of the admission process — encouraging you to visit, meet the team, and see the home for yourself before making any decisions.
During assessment, we focus not only on care needs but on getting to know each resident as a person — their life, interests, routines, and the little things that make them feel comfortable. Whether it’s a favourite meal, a preferred daily routine, or a hobby they’ve always loved, we want moving to Haydon View to feel like moving into a new home, not simply relocating to a care setting.
On moving day, our team welcomes each resident with warmth, helping them settle into their room and personalise their space with familiar belongings and photographs. We stay in regular contact with families in the days and weeks that follow, so you always know how your loved one is settling in and can pick up the phone any time.
