A very warm welcome to Hepscott Care Centre, our beautiful residential care home set in the historical town of Morpeth.
We are only a short distance from Morpeth town centre and the stunning Northumberland countryside and coast are only a short drive away. There are excellent transport links, which make exploring and visiting the area quick and easy.
The home sits in its own grounds, set in beautiful private gardens, with a patio area to enjoy the peace and tranquility. Inside, there are traditional home comforts with a spacious lounge and dining room. Our qualified chefs prepare a daily menu of tasty, home-cooked food.
Hepscott Care Centre welcomes and actively encourages residents to invite family and friends to the home.
Our aims and objectives are to promote a flexible approach to care, which recognises the need for individuality and respect for resident's previous lifestyles.
We aim to provide for the most basic needs of the people in our care, however at a time when a person decides to give up his/her home, we try to make this as painless as possible. We aim to provide an environment where they can continue to live their life with dignity, respect and a right to self determination and choice.
Through these aims we are creating a warm and homely atmosphere, with staff who are caring, supportive, compassionate and sensitive to the needs of older people and their families.
We have an established, fully trained team who are qualified from Diploma level 2 or higher. Specialist training is at the forefront of dementia care where staff provide a dedicated and caring approach to ensure care and support. We strive to treat each and every person as an individual with dignity and respect, never forgetting the little things which are important to make a real difference.
Our objective is always to ensure individual needs are tailor-made in order to provide the right level of care to make you feel completely at home in a relaxed, friendly and comfortable environment.
Our team are led and managed by a CQC registered, experienced manager who has many years' experience within health and social care.
We warmly welcome the continued involvement of family and friends in order to add to the care experience of people living in our homes.
